Dr John Blaxland from the ANU College of Asia and the Pacific talks to ABC News 24 about the ousting of Thailand Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra by the country's Constitutional Court, and what the likely consequences will be for the ongoing political crisis.
Dr Balxland describes the dismissal of the elected PM and nine members of her cabinet as an attempted constitutional coup.
