The Global Go To Think Tanks Report is the most comprehensive ranking of the world's top think tanks. It is produced by the Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program at the University of Pennsylvania. The Report will be launched at World Bank Headquarters in Washington DC, United Nations Headquarters in New York and 21 cities and policy hubs around the world.
